We want you to love your FitGlow order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging with tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened skincare or beauty products

• Underwear or swimwear

How to Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
